THE PROJECT
I was pivotal in a team tasked with revitalizing the product lineup and updating the packaging. Throughout this project, I expanded my design expertise beyond traditional 2-D work by conceptualizing, developing, and overseeing the production of various soft goods and hard goods in categories such as gloves, bike bags, and helmets. I collaborated closely with and managed numerous overseas vendors to ensure the successful production of both products and packaging materials.
